The Role of Contracts
Our role throughout the process is essentially to coordinate the moving parts and make
the process as simple as possible for the client.
We work between the client, lawyers, selling agent/developer, finance/broker, property
management, insurance providers and other relevant parties to make sure everyone knows
what is required, when it is required and who is responsible for completing it.
The client should feel supported throughout the journey and understand that while there are
a number of different parties involved, they don’t need to manage all of those
relationships themselves — that’s where our team comes in.
